“I needed planning permission to convert our garage, along with a rear/side extension for an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge space for our pool table and upstairs a bedroom with ensuite and home office. We wanted to add another bedroom to our house so we could have a spare bedroom. Plus we thought we could extend the ground floor by adding tension to improve our kitchen space. We invited Lewis to visit my property where he attended for a consultation, where he listened to the details of what I want to achieve whilst going on a tour of the whole house, garden included, he presented us with a sketch that in just a few minutes me and my husband were sold. He was able to transmit clearly innovative ideas and colourful suggestions on how we could improve our family home. Lewis was able to provide us with a professional service whilst giving us invaluable tips on how we could create much-needed storage solutions and improve the flow and luminosity including roof lights and changing our roof pitch of a multi-use space, for my whole family to enjoy, whilst also tying in the existing bathroom into the rear elevation by increasing the headlight and including a rear window which fills the room into much needed natural lighting. Listening to Lewis describe how to improve our home with such an unrivaled passion and attention to detail was uplifting and encouraging for our project. He was extremely supportive and understanding. I don’t think our project would be completed without him.
