Our Recruitment Process
We are continuing to conduct our initial interview process via online video, after successful shortlisting.
This will involve an interview with the projects team, and the company director.
If successful, the second stage of interviews with be task-based.
The final interview stage will be with Company Director.

Our studio is looking for a creative Landscape Designer to join our Nottingham practice.
We have a number of different projects, at different scales and typologies. This role could potentially be working on one single project or varied projects over different stages.
This experience is invaluable to you as you can enhance your CV with experience in working in an architectural practice.
During your time at our studio, you will become a part of the design teams, where you will be involved through the design process.
We are a small team, we are friendly, focused, and we forge personal relationships to understand our clients’ and contractors’ needs, ensuring that our design schemes exceed our client’s expectations.
As part of our design team, you will experience communicating with our projects team ensuring our designs exceeds our expectations. During your time with us, you will be guided throughout each process with our project team.
Every project is unique, as is our approach. We are a small team, and you will gain first-hand experience exploring design concepts, space planning, with the production of full technical drawing pack, including a strong knowledge of joinery, furniture, and construction detailing making, and testing until we distill an idea to its simplest, most elegant form.
We are a small start-up business, we work in the one space, where you will be working alongside the projects team.

Design Skills:
Comfortable with creative methods of visualisation.
Fluent user of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp.
Clear hand-drawing skills and confidence in using digital drawing tools.
Delivering a strong design concept and creative vision through sketches and visualisation, adhering to budget and technical constraints.
Awareness of current style trends as well as the wider restaurant industry.
Awareness of budget and value engineering where necessary.
Regular site visits to track project progress, with follow-up and feedback.
A strong knowledge and understanding of finishes and materials.
Familiar with the range of computer rendering and animation software including their relative merits and processing techniques.
Knowledge Management
Degree in Interior Design.
1-4 years post qualification experience.
Experience with visualisation software such as Lumion, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc is desirable
Strong design skills and good knowledge of technical standards and regulations.
Can multitask and work to tight deadlines.
Work well with others.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A full UK driving license.
