In the event of a change in Instructing Client details, we require written confirmation through a Change of Instructing Client Details Form. This form ensures that:
Architecture North holds the correct and current details for all contractual and correspondence purposes.
The Instructing client or named nominee is correct for ongoing decision-making and sign-off responsibilities.
Any financial or legal obligations are properly aligned with the updated entity or individual.
By completing and returning the Change of Instructing Client Details Form, you confirm that:
The revised information is accurate and should supersede any previously provided client data.
You authorise Architecture North to update its records accordingly for all future correspondence, invoicing, and contractual matters.
You understand that changes to the client entity may require review or amendment of existing contractual agreements.
