RIBA Work Stage 6.

Project Snagging | Client Approval

Architecture North takes great pride in delivering exceptional design solutions to our clients.

Our commitment to excellence is evident throughout the entire design and construction process.

At RIBA Work Stage 6, we focus on finalising the project and addressing any outstanding defects that may have arisen during the construction process.

This stage is crucial to ensuring that the final building quality aligns perfectly with the approved design, meeting all client specifications and standards.

Once all snagging items have been thoroughly reviewed and resolved, we require our clients to complete a Client Sign-Off Form.

This form confirms that all identified defects have been addressed and that the completed works meet the client’s expectations.

We understand that the resolution of these snagging issues is essential to the satisfaction of our clients.

The Client Sign-Off Form represents a formal acknowledgment that the snagging process has been completed and that the project is ready for formal handover.

This form also signifies the client’s approval of the completed works and their readiness to proceed with the final handover.

At Architecture North, we take pride in ensuring that your project has been delivered to the highest standard, and we are proud to have been part of bringing your vision to life.

With the snagging items fully resolved and your approval granted, we can confidently proceed with the final stages of the project handover.

All scope of services are strictly non-refundable.

If you don’t feel comfortable completing our online form, or if you are having any problems with our forms you can contact us.
