Project Handover | Client Approval

At Architecture North, our commitment to excellence doesn’t end at practical completion.

We believe that a successful project extends into its occupation, performance, and ongoing use.

As part of RIBA Work Stage 7: Project Handover, we continue to support our clients through the final handover and aftercare process, ensuring that the building performs as intended and that our clients feel fully supported in their new space.

Following the resolution of all snagging issues, this final sign-off stage confirms that all outstanding responsibilities have been met.

This includes the delivery of operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, and all other handover documentation necessary for the continued operation of the building.

We ask our clients to complete a Client Sign-Off Form, which confirms the following:

  • All post-handover documents have been received and reviewed.

  • The building is performing as expected in its intended use.

  • Any post-occupancy queries or adjustments have been addressed to the client’s satisfaction.

  • Architecture North has fulfilled all scope of services in line with the agreed contract and design intent.

This final sign-off also represents a formal closure of the project and our services, unless otherwise agreed for extended aftercare or performance evaluation.

At Architecture North, we are proud to have supported you through every stage of the journey—from initial concept to occupation—and we remain committed to providing continued support where needed.

With this final sign-off, we celebrate the successful delivery of your project and the beginning of its life in use.

All scope of services are strictly non-refundable.

If you don’t feel comfortable completing our online form, or if you are having any problems with our forms you can contact us.
