We do not undertake ad-hoc or unscheduled telephone calls or meetings, as these interrupt ongoing project work and reduce the quality of service we are able to provide.

Selecting a date and time does not automatically confirm a meeting

All meeting requests are reviewed and will be either confirmed or an alternative proposed
