Schedule H - Building Control Submission
H1. If Architecture North Ltd has not been appointed for this scope of work, administration costs will be charged to undertake this scope of work.
H2. The Client shall engage the services of the Architecture North Ltd to provide the architectural services for RIBA Work Stage 5 as set out within the Project Acceptance Client Approval.
H3. Submitting building regulation application and other relevant documentation to the local authority or approved inspector.
H4. Liaising with building control officers throughout the construction process to ensure that the work meets the necessary standards and regulations.
