Disbursements.
Disbursements are reviewed annually in line with the Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs (CPIH) rate of inflation, plus 3.9%.
We work out our prices, we use the December CPIH rate published in January.
For December 2025, the CPIH rate was 3.6%.
This means that our clients will see a price increase of 7.5%
(which is 3.6% plus 3.9%).
