What is a Named Nominee?
A Named Nominee is someone that you authorise to communicate with Architecture North Ltd and provide instructions relating to your project on your behalf.
Your agreement remains solely in your name as the Lead Client.
Adding a Named Nominee does not transfer your contractural responsibilities or provide the nominee with any independent contractural rights.
Important
Without a Named Nominee, we will only discuss the project and accept project instructions from you.
Administration Charges
Should you choose to add a Named Nominee once your project has commenced, or part way through, or you choose to change your Named Nominee at any time, an administration charge will apply.
