Your data and privacy:

  • In order to accurately identify you for your appointment, we gather your name, email, correspondence, and project site address, which includes your postal code and mobile number.

  • For online appointments that have been booked, we retain this information for a period of up to 90 days after your quotation has been submitted.

  • For telephone appointments, we may record the audio in compliance with regulatory requirements, for both training and monitoring purposes
