We ask all team members to complete an Employee Change in Details Form when any of the employee’s information changes.
By submitting this form, you confirm that:
The information provided is accurate and reflects your current details.
You authorise Architecture North to update its internal systems and records accordingly.
You understand that failure to update your details may result in missed communications or administrative issues (e.g. payroll errors, benefit delays, or compliance risks).
All information will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and used solely for internal operational and legal purposes.
If you are unsure whether a particular change requires formal notification, please speak to your line manager.
