63.3 This policy applies to all employees, job applicants, contractors, volunteers, and any third party working with us—across recruitment, promotion, training, client-facing activities, and workplace environment.

63.9. This policy is reviewed annually and may be updated to reflect changes in legal frameworks or internal practices.
