71. Modern Slavery Statement
71.1. This statement sets out Architecture North Ltd’s position on modern slavery and human trafficking.
71.1.1. We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and in compliance with all applicable laws to ensure there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain.
71.2. This statement applies to all employees, contractors, agency workers, consultants, and any third parties acting on behalf of the Company.
71.3. Architecture North Ltd takes a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to:
71.3.1. Preventing, identifying, and addressing any risks of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains.
71.3.2. Only working with suppliers, contractors, and partners who share our commitment to human rights and fair working practices.
71.3.3. Maintaining transparent and ethical procurement processes.
71.4. Modern slavery includes:
71.4.1. Forced or compulsory labour.
71.4.2. Human trafficking.
71.4.3. Debt bondage.
71.4.4. Child labour.
71.4.5. Exploitation through threats, coercion, or deception.
71.5. All employees are expected to:
71.5.1. Familiarise themselves with the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.
71.5.2. Immediately report any concerns about potential modern slavery risks within the Company or its supply chain.
71.5.3. Work in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all individuals.
71.6. If you suspect modern slavery is taking place, you must report it immediately to your line manager or the Company Director.

71.7. Failure to comply with this statement may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment, and where appropriate, legal action.
