Record any important details on the Telephone Call Log as required.

  • Response:

    “Thank you for your interest in joining Architecture North. All current vacancies are listed on our website at www.architecturenorth.co.uk/careers/vacancies.

    All job details and application instructions are available there, and all applications must be submitted through the website.

    If your application is shortlisted, our team will contact you directly. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, if you do not hear back from us, unfortunately this means you have not been successful.”

  • Response:

    “Thank you for your call. We have an in-house team handling these services and we are not looking to outsource or use external providers at this time.”

  • Response:

    “Thank you for thinking of us, but we are not interested in participating in any award submissions at this time.”

  • Response:

    “Thank you for your call, but we are not interested.”

    (If persistent: “Please remove us from your marketing list.”)

  • Response:

    “Lewis does not have a direct telephone line. All calls with Lewis must be scheduled in advance as we only deal with pre-booked appointments. If you would like to book an appointment, I can book you in for an appointment.”
