Contractual Undertaking | Employee Approval

Welcome to your 1:1 employee appraisal.

This form is used to document the outcome of the employee's probationary period review at Architecture North. The probationary period serves as a mutually beneficial time for assessing the employee’s performance, skills, and overall fit within the role and company culture.

The following key areas are reviewed as part of the probation status evaluation:

  1. Performance: An assessment of the employee’s ability to meet the core responsibilities and performance targets set at the beginning of the probation period.

  2. Skills and Competency: Evaluation of whether the employee has demonstrated the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies required for the role.

  3. Cultural Fit and Integration: Review of how well the employee has adapted to the company's work environment, policies, and culture.

  4. Feedback and Development: Consideration of any feedback provided to the employee during the probationary period and the progress made toward any identified development areas.

Based on the review, the outcome will be:

  • Successful Completion of Probation: The employee’s performance and conduct have met the required standards, and they are confirmed as a permanent member of the team.

  • Extension of Probation: The employee has shown potential, but further time is required to assess their full capabilities.

  • Probation Not Successfully Completed: The employee’s performance or conduct has not met the expectations of the role, and the probation period will not be extended.
