Located within a short distance of Mappley’s town centre, our team have design a modern contemporary detached home. We recieved this project from from planning permission, which required our design team to overlook the concept design with redesigning the whole approved drawings, whilst also complying with the sensitive planning restrictions and submitting Non Material Amendments (NMA) to enhance our design. We took this project from technical design through to completion/handover. The home is complemented by an open plan kitchen dining and sitting room which opens onto the enclosed garden, with a functional utility room and cloak room, along with a lounge which includes our clients bold piano to take centre stage. The home boasts four double bedrooms offering extended views to the rear, with two bedrooms benefiting en-suite shower rooms along with a family bathroom.
