On-Site Construction Progress

Our new build project over in Hemel Hempstead is really making great strides on site. We were initially appointed to redevelop the previously approved drawings, as our clients could not see the potential the proposed dwelling could become.

Approved under an Appeal Application, from the Planning Inspectorate from a previous architect, our client appointed us to redesign the home from basement design, floor plans, elevations and on-site construction drawings. As we were changing the elevations, we needed to submit a separate planning application to ensure the Local Authority approved of the proposed new drawings, to which we received full planning permission, and our drawings are now being delivered by the on-site constuction team.

Construction for the project began in April 2021, where the site was cleared, concrete binding, piles where drilled, through to the capping beam.

We are really now beginning to see the site progress, as the site digger arrived on site and is beginning to excavate the basement!
