This bespoke new build was designed to provide a modern, spacious, and functional home tailored to the client’s lifestyle. 

The vision was to create a contemporary yet warm living environment, maximising natural light and connection to the outdoors while ensuring the home met both aesthetic and practical needs.

The project required a careful balance between striking architectural design and local planning regulations. 

Working closely with the client, we developed a concept that utilised clean lines, open-plan living, and energy efficient solutions while respecting the surrounding site context.
