PROJECT BIO

Our client initially approached us intending to expand their home, seeking to create additional space without compromising the property’s existing character or functionality. While their original vision involved a straightforward extension, our team identified an opportunity to take a more holistic and strategic approach to the design.

Following a series of in-depth consultations, we recommended a solution that went beyond a basic add-on. Our proposal focused on integrating the new space seamlessly into the existing layout, enhancing not only the physical footprint but also the overall flow and usability of the home.

One of the key challenges we encountered was reconfiguring the interior in a way that preserved recently updated features, the client was understandably reluctant to alter, most notably, a newly renovated bathroom. Respecting these constraints, we worked creatively to develop a layout that balanced preservation with transformation.

We maintained a collaborative approach throughout, involving the client in design workshops and offering unlimited revisions. This ensured their vision stayed at the forefront, resulting in a reimagined layout that not only added space but significantly enhanced the home’s overall functionality and flow.
