Start a Project Booking Form

At Architecture North Ltd, we believe that exceptional projects begin with clarity, preparation, and alignment.

Prior to accessing our appointment diary, we ask all prospective clients to complete a short project briefing form.

This ensures that your on-site consultation is purposeful, structured, and tailored specifically to your aspirations.

The information you provide allows us to approach your project with the level of diligence and preparation it deserves.

A Thoughtfully Prepared Appointment

Architecture is not simply about drawings — it is about understanding context, constraints, ambition, and investment from the outset.

By gathering key details in advance, we are able to:

  • Review your proposed scope of works before attending

  • Assess site access requirements and practical considerations

  • Allocate the most appropriate team member for your project

  • Prepare relevant guidance specific to your budget and timeframe

  • Structure the meeting to provide meaningful strategic advice

This transforms your initial appointment from a general discussion into a focused and productive consultation.

Clarity Around Investment and Timescale

Open and transparent conversations about construction budget and programme are essential in delivering successful projects.

Understanding your anticipated investment and build timeframe enables us to:

  • Offer realistic and informed advice

  • Align expectations at an early stage

  • Recommend an appropriate design and delivery strategy

  • Provide accurate next steps and fee proposals

This early alignment protects both your time and your investment.

Professional & Safety Considerations

Certain practical questions, such as access to loft spaces, presence of pets, and confirmation that the instructing client will attend, allow us to:

  • Meet our professional and health & safety obligations

  • Ensure safe and efficient access to all required areas

  • Avoid unnecessary delays or repeat visits

  • Maximise the value of time spent on site

The Importance of Preparation

We treat every initial consultation as the foundation of a considered design process.

The quality of preparation directly influences the quality of outcomes.

By completing the form thoroughly, you enable us to provide a professional, well-prepared, and strategically valuable appointment, setting the tone for a smooth and successful project journey.

We appreciate the time you take to provide this information and look forward to discussing your project in detail.

Please ensure all details are correct before submitting.

All scope of services are strictly non-refundable.
