Our online appointment is where you will meet with our principal director and architectural assistant to discuss your project aspirations for your project and your options for realising them.
We offer online appointments where we can discuss your project details and goals. We understand that our client's time is valuable, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service possible.
To cover the expenses associated with attending online meetings and ensure that we can devote our full attention to all clients, both new and existing, we charge a fee for online meetings. This allows us to provide exceptional service to everyone, regardless of the project size or budget.

By charging a fee for online meetings, we can provide each client with our undivided attention and personalised service that they deserve.
Within our online appointment we will ask for your project details, what you would like to achieve within your project.
If you are wanting to extend, we will ask you for property requirements, this enables us to understand what is currently happening with your property, so we can advise you professionally on how to move forward with your project.
If you are wanting to build a new build project, we will need to see the site location plan, this can be a screenshot from a Google/Apple or Bing maps, highlighting the site area plan, followed by the listing details if applicable for your project, where we can advise you professionally on what can be achieved by your site area.
Booking an online appointment enables you to work with us, without having to meet us in person, or in our studios.
We understand how busy all of our lives can be, but we also appreciate that getting your project started is a priority.
During the one-hour online meeting, we will discuss your project, allowing you to define your project brief and your conceptual ideas, thereby enabling you to understand how to proceed with your project.
By booking an online appointment, you will receive a:
Professional Advice regarding your bespoke Project,
On-Site Property Check Measurement from the AN Team (If Applicable),
Project Appraisal of your Potential Project,
Discussion of your Project Flood Risk Assessment through to receiving this information within your feasibility report,
Discussion of your Project Surface Water Analysis through to receiving this information within your feasibility report,
Discussion of your RIBA Professional Services Contract, Architecture / Planning / Interior / Landscape Design Quotation,
Discussion of your Planning Route, and any questions you may have in regard to your Planning Route,
The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Work Stages which Architecture North Ltd work to the Code of Conduct, and the Professional Services that we can offer for your bespoke Project.
From this, you will receive a bespoke quotation for your project requirements issued to you via:
Digital Quotation uploaded to your Digital Client Portal.
If you decide to proceed with your bespoke quotation provided by Architecture North Ltd, the initial appointment fee will be deducted from your project cost.

In order to accurately identify you for your appointment, we gather your name, email, correspondence, and project site address, which includes your postal code and mobile number.
For online appointments that have been booked, we retain this information for a period of up to 90 days after your quotation has been submitted.
For telephone appointments, we may record the audio in compliance with regulatory requirements, for both training and monitoring purposes
