This could include, for example, a Pre-Application Advice Application, Outline Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, Reserved Matters Application, Conservation Area Consent, Advertisement Consent, Certificate of Lawfulness, Change of Use Application, Prior Approval Application, Tree Preservation Order (TPO) Consent, Local Authority Appeals Application, or a Planning Inspectorate Appeals Application.
If you answer "Yes" to this question, we will arrange an appointment with your Project Architect to discuss all available planning applications for your project. They will guide you through the various planning applications offered by the Local Authority and address any questions you may have regarding your application or your Planning Inspectorate Appeal Application.

Therefore instructing us to create the detailed technical drawings prematurely could lead to additional revisions, resulting in extra time and costs.
