Following your acceptance, our team will contact you on your preferred date and time to undertake your quotation review meeting with your project architect.

This meeting provides an opportunity to confirm understanding and address any final queries.

In the meantime, you may upload your proof of identity, proof of property ownership, and proof of correspondence address via the Client Portal.

Providing these documents in advance will help ensure a smooth and timely commencement of your project.

Once all required documentation has been received and verified, we will confirm your initial RIBA Work Stage appointment and formally instruct the project.
