Printing / manufacturing /installation of the proposed scope of works are not included. No third party printing, manufacturing, installation order or disbursements will be placed without the Client’s authorisation. These are not included unless they are specifically stated.
Your Project Overview
Architecture North Ltd has been requested to undertake additional architectural visualisation and marketing design services in connection with the development at 2B Stoney Street, Beeston.
The purpose of this additional appointment is to produce a coordinated package of high-quality interior architectural visualisations and large-format site-hoarding marketing artwork to assist SoJourn Limited with the promotion and marketing of the development during construction and ahead of occupation.
The package will comprise:
2 × Restaurant Interior Architectural Visualisations;
3 × HMO Bedroom Interior Architectural Visualisations;
1 × Site Hoarding Marketing Design; and
preparation of the approved design as large-format print-ready artwork.
The completed marketing material will promote the development and the availability of the commercial and residential accommodation for rental.
The site-hoarding design will also provide appropriate recognition of the respective project roles:

Three high-resolution bedrooms CGI images developed for prospecting tenant and rental marketing, including indicative furniture, finishes, lighting and soft furnishings and residential styling.

Large-format graphic composition incorporating selected CGI images, development information, rental messaging, contact details and coordinated SoJourn Ltd / Architecture North Ltd project branding.

LARGE FORMAT PRINT-READY ARTWORK
Preparation of the approved design to the final board dimensions and specialist printer requirements, including high-resolution image placement and final artwork checks.
